Tiffeny learned the values of hard work and community through her family's furniture business. She then pursued interior design in college, followed by five years of commercial design. But it was her following work in residential design that she found most rewarding and refreshing due to its more personal nature.

She then pivoted to real estate in 2015 to focus more on helping people directly find those unique spaces . Her approach is personal, becoming a fierce advocate for her clients and a gentle guide through the complexities of buying and selling homes. Tiffeny has been a Top Producer from 2018-2024, recognized as America’s best Top 1.5% Nationally, and has been featured in Real Producers magazine as a rising star.
